Chapter 111

स विध्यमान: समरे पाण्डवैर्जितकाशिभि:

sa vidhyamānaḥ samare pāṇḍavair jitakāśibhiḥ

サञ्जयは語った。戦場のただ中で、彼はパーンダヴァたち――かつてカーシーを征服した者たち――に打ち据えられていた。武勇も過去の勝利も、戦の目前の報いと、戦場における容赦なき運命の転回から人を守りはしないことが、そこに示されていた。
