अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

पुनर्युद्धाय समरे प्रययुर्भीमपार्षतौ । ततो युधिष्ठटिर: प्राह समाहूय स्वसैनिकान्
punar yuddhāya samare prayayur bhīmapārṣatau | tato yudhiṣṭhiraḥ prāha samāhūya svasainikān ||
サञ्जयは語った。ビーマとパールシャタは再び戦場へと進み出て、戦いを新たに起こさんとした。そのときユディシュティラは自軍を召集して彼らに告げた――それは怒りや衝動の突進ではなく、ダルマ（法）と義務に基づく、意図的な戦の立て直しであった。
