भीष्मव्यूहदर्शनम् / Viewing Bhīṣma’s Battle Array and Arjuna’s Reassurance
तत्र ते कारणं राजन प्रवक्ष्याम्पनसूयवे । नारदस्तमृषिर्वेद भीष्मद्रोणी च पाण्डव,“राजन! आप दोषदृष्टिसे रहित हैं, अतः आपको वह युक्ति बताता हूँ। पाण्डुनन्दन! उसे केवल देवर्षि नारद, भीष्म तथा द्रोणाचार्य जानते हैं
tatra te kāraṇaṁ rājan pravakṣyāmy anasūyave | nāradas tam ṛṣir veda bhīṣma-droṇī ca pāṇḍava ||
サンジャヤは言った。「王よ、あなたは咎をあげつらう心を持たぬゆえ、この事の理由をお話ししよう。その秘事を知るのは、聖仙ナーラダと、ビーマとドローナのみ——パーンドゥの子よ。」
संजय उवाच
The verse frames ethical communication: profound or sensitive reasons should be disclosed only to a listener who is anasūya—free from envy and fault-finding—so that truth is received fairly and used responsibly.
Sañjaya addresses King Dhṛtarāṣṭra and promises to reveal the underlying reason for a particular situation, noting that the matter is a guarded secret known only to Nārada, Bhīṣma, and Droṇa, and then he proceeds to explain it.
