प्रजज्वाल रणे पार्थो विधूम इव पावक: । भरतश्रेष्ठ) इस प्रकार दसवें दिनके पूर्वाह्नकालमें उन महारथियोंको पराजित करके कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन रणभूमिमें धूमरहित अग्निके समान प्रकाशित होने लगे
prajajvāla raṇe pārtho vidhūma iva pāvakaḥ |
サンジャヤは言った。戦場のただ中で、パールタ（アルジュナ）は煙なき火のごとく燃え輝いた。第十日を迎える前の午前、あの大車戦士たちを打ち伏せたのち、クンティーの子は戦場に光を放った——その武威は清らかで妨げられず、まさに煙を伴わぬ炎のようであった。
