स राजा स शिवो राजन् स पिता प्रपितामह: । गोपायति नरश्रेष्ठ प्रजाःसजडपण्डिता:
sa rājā sa śivo rājan sa pitā prapitāmahaḥ | gopāyati naraśreṣṭha prajāḥ sa jaḍapaṇḍitāḥ ||
サンジャヤは言った。「王よ、彼こそまことの王、みずから吉祥そのものである。万民の安寧のために行ずる。大王よ、彼は民にとって父であり、さらに祖父祖先のごとき存在である。人中の最勝者よ、彼は愚なる者から賢者に至るまで、すべての臣民を余すところなく守護する。」
