तावन्योन्यं महाराज समासाद्य महाहवे । अन्योन्यवेगाभिहतौ निपेततुररिंदमौ,महाराज! शत्रुओंका दमन करनेवाले वे दोनों वीर उस महायुद्धमें परस्पर भिड़कर एक- दूसरेके वेगपूर्वक किये हुए आघातसे अत्यन्त घायल हो पृथ्वीपर गिरे पड़े

Transliteration

tāv anyonyaṁ mahārāja samāsādya mahāhave | anyonya-vegābhihatāu nipetatur ariṁdamau ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。大王よ、その二人の勇士は大合戦の中で互いに迫り合った。互いの突進の勢いに打たれ、「敵を屈する者」たる二人は重傷を負って大地に倒れ伏した。
