Transliteration

teḍ api prāsaiḥ suniśitaiḥ śaraiḥ sannatapārva-bhiḥ

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「彼らもまた槍と矢に打たれた――鋭く研がれ、節の継ぎ目も整ったものだった。こうして戦の暴威はいよいよ増し、武者たちは武器を武器で受け、容赦なき戦闘を続けた。」
