धृष्टद्युम्नस्तु समरे क्रोधेनाग्निरिव ज्वलन् । पितामहूं त्रिभिबणिर्बाह्वोरुससि चार्पयत्
sañjaya uvāca | dhṛṣṭadyumnas tu samare krodhenāgnir iva jvalan | pitāmahaṃ tribhir bāṇair bāhvor urasi cārpayat ||
サンジャヤは言った。「戦のただ中で、ドリシュタデュムナは怒りに燃え、火のごとく輝いた。彼は三本の矢で大祖父ビ―シュマを射、両腕と胸にそれを突き立てた。」
