भीष्मरथाभिमुख्यं — Arjuna’s advance with Śikhaṇḍin; Duḥśāsana’s interception
व्यमृद्नन् समरे राजंस्तुरगाश्न नरान् रणे । एवं ते बहुधा राजनू् प्रत्यमृदूनन् परस्परम्
sañjaya uvāca |
vyamṛdnan samare rājan turagāś ca narān raṇe |
evaṃ te bahudhā rājan pratyamṛdūnan parasparam nareśvara ||
サンジャヤは言った。「大王よ、戦の激突の中で、馬は徒歩の兵を踏み倒した。かくして人々の君よ、あの戦士たちは戦場の押し合いへし合いのただ中で、幾度となく互いを踏み砕いた。」
