आर्याश्न पृथिवीपाला: प्रहृष्टनरवाहना: । समीयु: पाण्डुपुत्रेण बहवो युद्धदुर्मदा:

Transliteration

āryāś ca pṛthivīpālāḥ prahṛṣṭa-nara-vāhanāḥ | samīyuḥ pāṇḍu-putreṇa bahavo yuddha-durmadāḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「多くの高貴なる地上の君主たちが、兵と乗り物を伴い意気高く、パーンドゥの子のもとへ集い来た。彼らは驕り、戦の熱に酔いしれていた。」
