तेषामन्योन्यसम्मर्दादूष्मेपत समजायत । दिदृक्षूणां हयं तं च तं चैव हयसारिणम्
teṣām anyonya-sammardād ūṣmepata samajāyata | didṛkṣūṇāṁ hayaṁ taṁ ca taṁ caiva haya-sāriṇam ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「互いに押し合いへし合いしたため、彼らの身には汗が噴き出た。供犠の馬と、それに従う騎者を見ようとする群衆は、それほどまでに膨れ上がっていたのである。」
