Disclosure and Consolation
तिस्रस्तु पाण्डुपुत्राणां चम्वो बीभत्सुपालिता: । हतप्रवीरभूयिष्ठा बभूवु: समवस्थिता:
tisras tu pāṇḍuputrāṇāṁ camvo bībhatsupālitāḥ | hatapravīrabhūyiṣṭhā babhūvuḥ samavasthitāḥ ||
ヴァースデーヴァは語った。「パーンドゥの子らには、なお三つの軍団が残り、アルジュナ（ビーバツ）によって守られていた。主だった勇士の多くはすでに討たれていたが、それでも彼らは崩れず、陣を整えて戦いに備えていた。」それは、深い損耗のただ中にあっても折れぬ意志と、戦の陰鬱な持続を示している。
