विधिवत् सततं विप्र शुचिना भृगुनन्दन । तस्माच्छेयो विधास्यामि तवैवं कुरु मा चिरम्
vidhivat satataṁ vipra śucinā bhṛgunandana | tasmāc chreyo vidhāsyāmi tavaivaṁ kuru mā ciram ||
馬は言った。「おおブラーフマナよ、ブリグの末裔よ。そなたは清浄を保ち、儀礼にかなって絶えずわたしを供養してきた。ゆえに、そなたに最善をもたらそう。わたしの命ずるとおり、寸分違わず行え——遅れるな。」
