Adhyātma-Upadeśa
शुक्लं कृष्णं तथा रक्त नील॑ पीतारुणं तथा
śuklaṃ kṛṣṇaṃ tathā raktaṃ nīlaṃ pītāruṇaṃ tathā | vijñeyaṃ brāhmaṇair vṛddhair dharmajñaiḥ satyavādibhiḥ ||
ヴァーユ神は言った。「白、黒、赤。さらに青、黄、そして黄褐（tawny）もまた—これらは、真実を語りダルマを知る老いたバラモンたちによって、輝き燃える形相（tejas）の区別として理解されるべきである。」
