Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)

निर्णिक्तमनस: पूता व्युत्क्रानन्‍तरजसो5मला:,जिनके मनकी मैल धुल गयी है, जो परम पवित्र हैं, जिन्होंने रजोगुणको त्याग दिया है, जिनका अन्तःकरण निर्मल है, जो नित्य संन्यासपरायण तथा ब्रह्मके ज्ञाता हैं, वे पुरुष तपस्याके द्वारा कल्याणमय पथका आश्रय लेकर परमेश्वरको प्राप्त होते हैं

nirṇiktamanasaḥ pūtā vyutkrāntāntarajaso 'malāḥ | nityaṃ saṃnyāsaparāyaṇā brahmavidāṃ varāḥ | te tapasyā śreyasaṃ panthānam āśritya parameśvaraṃ prāpnuvanti ||

心の垢を洗い落とし、清浄にして汚れなき者、内なる欲熱の塵を払い、胸中澄みわたる者――つねにサンニャーサ(出離・捨離)に帰依し、ブラフマンの智に安住する者たちは、規律ある苦行(タパス)によって吉祥なる道に身を寄せ、至上主に到達する。

Purification of mind and inner disposition—especially the abandonment of rajas (passionate restlessness)—combined with steady renunciation and Brahman-knowledge, supported by tapas (disciplined austerity), leads to the highest good: attainment of the Supreme Lord.

Vāyudeva is describing the spiritual qualifications and practice of liberated seekers: those who are inwardly purified and devoted to renunciation, and who know Brahman, follow an auspicious path through tapas and thereby reach Parameśvara.
