अण्डजानि विजानीयात् सर्वाश्वैव सरीसूपान् इनके अतिरिक्त जो दूसरे आकाशचारी प्राणी हैं तथा जो पेटसे चलनेवाले सर्प आदि हैं, उन सबको भी अण्डज जानना चाहिये
aṇḍajāni vijānīyāt sarvāṇy eva sarīsṛpān |
風神ヴァーユは言った。「蛇などの這い回る生きものはすべて、『卵生（アṇḍジャ）』であると知るべきである。同様に、天空を行き交うほかの生類もまた、卵生の類に属すると認めよ。」
