Adhyāya 40: Brahmā on Mahān (The Great Principle) and the All-Pervading Puruṣa
स धीर: सर्वलोकेषु न मोहमधिगच्छति । धैर्यशाली महर्षियो! जब पञ्चमहाभूतोंके विनाशके समय प्रलयकाल उपस्थित होता है
sa dhīraḥ sarvalokeṣu na moham adhigacchati |
ヴァーユは言った。堅固にして自らを治める者は、いかなる世界にあっても迷妄に陥らない。溶解の時が来たなら—五大が崩れ去る宇宙の終末において—あらゆる生きものは大いなる恐怖に捕らえられる。だが、真に賢く剛毅で、自己（アートマン）を知る者は、その時でさえ惑わされない。
