The Allegory of the Inner Forest of Knowledge

प्रज्ञावृक्षं मोक्षफलं शान्तिच्छायासमन्वितम्‌ । ज्ञानाश्रयं तृप्तितोयमन्तःक्षेत्रज्रभास्करम्‌

Transliteration

prajñāvṛkṣaṃ mokṣaphalaṃ śānticchāyāsamanvitam | jñānāśrayaṃ tṛptitoyam antaḥkṣetrajña-bhāskaram ||

Translation

バラモンは言った。「驚くべき内なる林苑がある。その樹は智慧、その果は解脱、そして安らぎの涼しい蔭が一面に広がる。知はその依り処、満足はその水である。その内には『田を知る者』（クシェートラジュニャ、自己）という太陽が輝き、内より万物を照らす。」
