Mokṣa-dharma Yoga-Upadeśa: Equanimity, Sense-Restraint, and Vision of the Ātman (आत्मदर्शन-योगोपदेशः)

तस्योपदेशं वक्ष्यामि यथावत्‌ तन्निबोध मे । यैद्वरिश्षारयन्नित्यं पश्यत्यात्मानमात्मनि

tasyopadeśaṁ vakṣyāmi yathāvat tan nibodha me | yair dhāraṇābhiḥ sadā yuktaḥ paśyaty ātmānam ātmani ||

バラモンは言った。「今、あるべき理解のとおりにこの教えを説こう。よく聞け。恒常の修習に励むヨーギーは、内に保ち制する諸々の行によって、心を内へと転じ、この身のうちにおいてそれを統御し、真我(アートマン)が真我のうちに常住するのを観ずるのである。」
