योज्यस्तुषश्टहिते राजन्‌ नित्यं चारैरनुछित: । “नरेश्वर! न्याय करनेके कामपर तुम सदा ऐसे ही पुरुषोंको नियुक्त करना, जो विश्वासपात्र, संतोषी और हितैषी हों तथा गुप्तचरोंके द्वारा सदा उनके कार्योंपर दृष्टि रखना

Transliteration

yojyas tuṣṭaś ca hite rājan nityaṃ cārair anuśitaḥ |

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「王よ、裁きの務めには、信頼に足り、足るを知り、公益に尽くす者を常に任じよ。さらに密偵の網をもって、その振る舞いを絶えず見張れ。」
