अश्रमवासिनां विषादः — Lament in Hastināpura after the Elders’ Forest Withdrawal

प्रीयमाणो महातेजा: सर्ववेदविदां वर: । बातचीतके अनन्‍्तमें सम्पूर्ण वेदवेत्ताओं और वक्ताओंमें श्रेष्ठ महातेजस्वी महर्षि व्यासजीने प्रसन्न होकर प्रज्ञाचक्षु राजा धृतराष्ट्रसे पुन: वही बात कही

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | prīyamāṇo mahātejāḥ sarvavedavidāṃ varaḥ |

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。心より満ち足りた大聖ヴィヤーサは、霊威に輝き、ヴェーダを知る者の中で最上であったが、智慧によって内なる眼を開かれた王ドリタラーシュトラに、同じ言葉を再び語った。
