Transliteration

sā putrān rudataḥ sarvān muhur muhur avekṣatī | jagāmaiva mahāprājñā vanāya kṛtaniścayā ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。クンティーは大いなる知恵を備え、林へ入る決意を固めていた。泣き崩れる息子たちを幾度も振り返って見たが、それでも真に賢き者として、振り返らずに歩みを進めた。
