जगत्पतिरनिर्देश्य: सर्वग: सर्वभावन: । हृच्छय: सर्वभूतानां ज्येष्ठो रुद्रादपि प्रभु:

Transliteration

jagatpatir anirdeśyaḥ sarvagaḥ sarvabhāvanaḥ | hṛcchayaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ jyeṣṭho rudrād api prabhuḥ ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「宇宙の主は、確かな言葉で言い尽くすことができぬ。遍くあまねく行き渡り、あらゆる存在の相を生み出す。すべての生きものの心に宿り、最も古く、最も至高の主であり、主権においてはルドラをも凌ぐ。」
