Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
आग्नेयस्त्वंगिरा: श्रीमान् कविर्राह्मो महायशा: । भार्गवांगिरसौ लोके लोकसंतानलक्षणौ
āgneyas tv aṅgirāḥ śrīmān kavir brāhmo mahāyaśāḥ | bhārgavāṅgirasau loke lokasantānalakṣaṇau ||
ヴァシシュタは語った。「光輝に満ち名高きアンギラスは『アーグネーヤ（Āgneya）』として知られ、また大いなる名声を得た聖仙は『ブラーフマ（Brāhma）』として称えられた。ブリグ（Bhṛgu）とアンギラス——この二者は、世において諸系譜を定める根源と説かれ、その子孫によって創造を広げたのである。」
