Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
पावन सर्वभूतानां तेजोद्युतिविवर्धनम् । विपाप्मा च स तेजस्वी तेन क्रतुफलेन च
pāvanaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ tejodyutivivardhanam | vipāpmā ca sa tejasvī tena kratuphalena ca ||
ビーシュマは語った。「その（功徳）は一切の生きとし生けるものを清め、光輝と威光を増し広げる。その祭儀の果報によって、彼は罪を離れ、霊的な輝きに満たされる。」
