Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi dānadharmaparvaṇi gopradānike ekāśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

かくして、聖なる『マハーバーラタ』の「アヌシャーサナ・パルヴァ」における「ダーナ・ダルマ（布施の法）」の小区分、そのうち「牛の施与」を説く第八十一章は終わる。この結語（コロフォン）は、正しい布施（dāna）とその功徳についてのビーシュマの倫理的教誨の一環として本教説を位置づける。
