Gopradāna-Māhātmya: Inquiry into Goloka

तस्यापि च यम: सर्वमुपदेशं चकार ह । प्रेत्यैत्य च ततः सर्व चकारोक्तं यमेन तत्‌,उसके लिये भी यमराजने सारा उपदेश किया। परलोकमें जाकर जब वह लौटा, तब उसने भी यमराजके बताये अनुसार सब कार्य किया

tasyāpi ca yamaḥ sarvam upadeśaṃ cakāra ha | pretyaitya ca tataḥ sarvaṃ cakāroktaṃ yamena tat ||

ビーシュマは言った。「その者に対しても、ヤマはすべての教えを余すところなく授けた。彼は冥界へ赴き、そして戻ったのち、ヤマの定めたとおりに一切を寸分違わず実行した——真の導きは、ひとたび受け取れば、規律ある行いへと移されねばならぬことを示している。」
