अचोटद्यमानानि यथा पुष्पाणि च फलानि च । स्वकाल नातिवर्तन्ते तथा कर्म पुरा कृतम्‌

Transliteration

acoṭadyamānāni yathā puṣpāṇi ca phalāni ca | svakālaṃ nātivartante tathā karma purā kṛtam ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「花や実は、誰に促されずとも定められた季節を越えず、時至れば花開き実り熟す。同じく、かつてなした行いも、その時が来れば必ず果を結ぶ。」
