तस्या: सम्पृच्छमानाया देवर्षिनरिदस्ततः । आचरष्ट विधिवत सर्व तच्छृणुष्व विशाम्पते,प्रजानाथ! देवकीके इस प्रकार पूछनेपर देवर्षि नारदने उस समय विधिपूर्वक सब बातें बतायीं। वे ही बातें मैं तुमसे कहता हूँ, सुनो
tasyāḥ sampṛcchamānāyā devarṣir naradas tataḥ | ācarat vidhivat sarvaṃ tac chṛṇuṣva viśāmpate prajānātha ||
ビーシュマは言った。「彼女がそのように問うと、天眼の聖者ナーラダは、儀軌にかなうように、また正しい順序に従って、すべてを説き明かした。民の主よ、人々の統べる者よ――その同じ事柄を、いま私から聞くがよい。」
