अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
एवमुक्तस्तु भगवान् प्रत्युवाचाथ तं॑ नृपम् इत:ः प्रभूति यातव्यं पदक पदक शनै:
evam uktas tu bhagavān pratyuvācātha taṁ nṛpam | itaḥ prabhṛti yātavyaṁ padaṁ padaṁ śanaiḥ |
ビーシュマは語った。王がそのように申し上げると、尊き聖仙は答えた。「ここから先は、きわめてゆるやかに、一步また一步と進め。わたしに少しの不快も生じぬよう心せよ。そなたら二人はわたしの意のままに動き、この車を導いて、わたしが最も安らかであるようにし、また万人がそれを見届けるようにせよ。」
