Transliteration

tataste bhīṣmam āmantrya pāṇḍavāṃś ca maharṣayaḥ

Translation

そののち、かの大聖仙たちは、まず恭しくビーシュマに言葉をかけ、さらにパーンダヴァたちにも呼びかけた――これは語りの転換を告げるものであり、長老と聖仙が、ダルマに根ざす訓戒を続ける前に、正式に同意と傾聴を求めるのであった。
