Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
अपराधिषु सस्नेहा मृदवो मृदुवत्सला: । आराधनसुखाश्षापि पुरुषा: स्वर्गगामिन:
aparādhiṣu sasnehā mṛdavo mṛduvatsalāḥ | ārādhanasukhaś cāpi puruṣāḥ svargagāminaḥ ||
ビーシュマは言った。「過ちを犯した者にさえ情けを失わず、性は柔和で、柔和な者を愛し、他者を敬い仕えることに喜びを見いだす人々—そのような者は天界に至る。」
