मणिमन्थे<थ शैले वै पुरा सम्पूजितो मया । वर्षायुतसहस्राणां सहस्नं शतमेव च

Transliteration

maṇimanth(e)tha śaile vai purā sampūjito mayā | varṣāyutasahasrāṇāṃ sahasraṃ śatam eva ca ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「昔、マニマンタ（Maṇimantha）と呼ばれる山において、私は大自在天マハーデーヴァをこの上ない敬虔さで礼拝した。さらに幾千の幾十万年にもわたり、その礼拝に専心し続けたのである。」
