स्नेहनो<स्नेहनश्वैव अजितश्न महामुनि: । वृक्षाकारो वृक्षकेतुरनलो वायुवाहन:
snehano ’snehanaś caiva ajitaśna mahāmuniḥ | vṛkṣākāro vṛkṣaketuranalo vāyuvāhanaḥ ||
風神ヴァーユは言った。「彼は慈愛に満ちつつ、しかも執着しない。自制の力が征服されぬ大牟尼である。彼は樹の姿—世界樹の象徴そのもの。樹のごとく高き旗印を掲げ、彼は火そのものであり、風を乗り物とする。」
