सिद्धार्थकारी सिद्धार्थश्छन्दोव्याकरणोत्तर: । सिंहनाद: सिंहदंष्ट: सिंहग: सिंहवाहन:

siddhārthakārī siddhārthaś chandovyākaraṇottaraḥ | siṃhanādaḥ siṃhadamṣṭraḥ siṃhagaḥ siṃhavāhanaḥ ||

風神ヴァーユは言った。「彼は成就した願いをさらに全うさせる者、確立された真理そのものの化身であり、ヴェーダの韻律(チャンダス)と文法の学において至高である。彼は獅子のごとく咆哮し、獅子のごとき牙を備え、獅子に乗って進み、獅子を乗り物とする――これらの象徴は、正法の目的に捧げられた抗しがたい力を宣言する。」
