ब्राह्मणेषु च वृत्तिया पितृपैतामहोचिता । तामन्वेहि महाबाहो धर्मस्यैते हि देशिका:
Transliteration
brāhmaṇeṣu ca vṛttiyā pitṛpaitāmaho citā | tām anvehi mahābāho dharmasyāite hi deśikāḥ ||
Translation
ビーシュマは言った。「大臂の勇者よ、父や祖父が婆羅門に対して守ってきた由緒ある作法を、汝もまた踏襲せよ。婆羅門たちはダルマの教え手であり、導き手だからである。」
