Devotion to Kṛṣṇa and virtuous conduct are portrayed as sources of enduring renown and divine protection, so that worldly afflictions and decline do not overpower one’s spiritual and moral stature.
Vāyu-deva (speaking within the episode) conveys a pleased benediction to Rukmiṇī, predicting her unsurpassed fame among women, freedom from debilitating defects, and a life characterized by sacred fragrance and devoted worship of Kṛṣṇa.
