तद् दृष्टवा महदाश्चर्य दाशार्हा जातमन्यव: । तत्राजल्पन् मिथ: केचित् समाभाष्य परस्परम्
tad dṛṣṭvā mahad āścaryaṃ dāśārhā jātamanyavaḥ | tatrājalpan mithaḥ kecit samābhāṣya parasparam |
その大いなる異事を見て、ダーシャールハ（ヤーダヴァ）たちは怒りにとらわれた。そこで彼らのうち幾人かは互いに語り合い、起こったことを論じつつ、かほどの危難に耐えてなおその戦車の上で生き残れるのは、修行と功徳を備えた婆羅門のみであろうと驚嘆した。
