ते ययु: शरणं विप्रानूचुस्ते कान्‌ जयामहे । इत्युक्तास्ते द्विजान्‌ प्राहुर्जयतेह कपानिति

Transliteration

te yayuḥ śaraṇaṃ viprān ūcuś te kān jayāmahe | ity uktās te dvijān prāhur jayateha kapān iti ||

Translation

ビーシュマは語った。神々はバラモンたちのもとへ庇護を求めて赴き、「われらは誰を征服すべきか」と問うた。バラモンがそのように言うと、神々は答えた。「ここにおいて、カパと名づけられた魔族を討ち破れ。」
