Transliteration

bhadrā somasya duhitā rūpeṇa paramā matā | tasyās tulyam patiṃ soma utathyaṃ samapaśyat |

Translation

ソーマの娘バドラは、美において比類なき者と称えられていた。ソーマは、聖仙ウタティヤこそ彼女にふさわしく徳と価値において釣り合う夫であると見定め、相応の伴侶として選んだ。
