अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)

अयं स सत्यकामानां सत्यलोक: परं सताम्‌ | अपवर्गश्न मुक्तानां कैवल्यं चात्मवेदिनाम्‌

ayaṃ sa satyakāmānāṃ satyalokaḥ paraṃ satām | apavargaś ca muktānāṃ kaivalyaṃ cātmavedinām ||

ヴāユは言った。「これこそがサティヤローカ——真理を愛し、真理を求める善き者たちのための至上の真実界である。これこそが解脱者にとってのアパヴァルガ(究竟の解放)であり、真にアートマンを知る者にとってのカイヴァリヤ(自己の絶対的独存)である。」
