यानपात्रे च याने च प्रवासे राजवेश्मनि । परां सिद्धिमवाप्नोति सावित्री हुत्तमां पठन्‌

Transliteration

yānapātre ca yāne ca pravāse rājaveśmani | parāṃ siddhim avāpnoti sāvitrīṃ hy uttamāṃ paṭhan ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「舟にあろうと、乗り物に乗ろうと、遠国へ旅しようと、王宮に入ろうと、心中ひそかに最上のサーヴィトリー（ガーヤトリー）を誦する者は、最高の成就（シッディ）に到る。」
