Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)
कल्योत्थानरतिर्नित्यं गहशुश्रूषणे रता । सुसम्मृष्टक्षया चैव गोशकृत्कृतलेपना
kalyotthānaratir nityaṁ gṛhaśuśrūṣaṇe ratā | susammṛṣṭakṣayā caiva gośakṛtkṛtalepanā ||
マハーデーヴァは言った。「日ごとに時を違えず起きることを喜び、家の務めに心を尽くして家政を整え、住まいをよく掃き清めて秩序正しく保ち、さらに牛糞を塗って清浄とする女—その女は徳ある妻の規律ある行いを体現する。かくのごとき揺るがぬ家のダルマによって、彼女はサティー・ダルマの果を具える。」
