nārada uvāca | evam uktvā mahādevaḥ śrotukāmaḥ svayaṃ prabhuḥ | anukūlāṃ priyāṃ bhāryāṃ pārśvasthāṃ samabhāṣata ||
ナーラダは語った。「かく語り終えたのち、マハーデーヴァは—みずから主宰の神でありながら—聞くことを望まれた。そこで、傍らに座す愛しき、心を同じくする妃パールヴァティーに言葉をかけ、語るよう促された。」
