ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
श्रद्धेयः कथितो हार्थ: सज्जनश्रवर्ण गत: । चिरं तिष्ठति मेदिन्यां शैले लेख्यामिवार्पितम्
śraddheyaḥ kathito hārthaḥ sajjanaśravaṇa-gataḥ | ciraṁ tiṣṭhati medinyāṁ śaile lekhyeva ārpitaḥ ||
ヴァーユは言った。「信ずるに足る言葉は、ひとたび語られ、善き人々の耳に受け入れられれば、石に刻まれた銘のごとく、久しく地上に残る。偉大なる仙人たちよ、汝らの臨在は神々のごとく神聖である。天にあれ地にあれ、汝らさえ見ぬ驚異と天上の事物があろうとも、我はそれを直に見る。全知は我が優れた本性であり、いずこにおいても妨げられぬ。しかも我が内なる主権の力は、我には驚くべきものとは映らぬ。されど善人の間で語られ聞かれることは、堅固にして久遠に存するのだ。」
