ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
यद्यप्यहमदृष्टं वो दिव्यमद्भुतदर्शनम् | दिवि वा भुवि वा किंचित् पश्याम्यमरदर्शना:
yady apy aham adṛṣṭaṃ vo divyam adbhuta-darśanam | divi vā bhuvi vā kiṃcit paśyāmy amara-darśanāḥ ||
ヴァーユは言った。「たとえ汝らが見ずとも、天にあれ地にあれ、見るべき神妙にして驚異なるものは、我はことごとく直に見る。かかる全知の眼は我が天性の卓越であり、いずこにおいても妨げられぬ。されど我が内に宿る主宰の威力は、我には驚くべきものとは映らぬ。とはいえ、善き人々の耳に入りて語り継がれる言葉は信ずるに足り、石に刻まれた線のごとく久しく地上に残るのだ。」
