Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
तस्याहं तत् पय: पीत्वा रसेन हमृतोपमम् । ज्ञात्वा क्षीरगुणांश्नैव उपलभ्य हि सम्भवम्
tasyāhaṃ tat payaḥ pītvā rasena amṛtopamam | jñātvā kṣīraguṇāṃś caiva upalabhya hi sambhavam ||
ヴァースデーヴァは言った。「その乳を飲んだのだ――味は甘く、甘露（アムリタ）にも比すべきもの。そこで私は、乳の真の徳と、その得られ方とを悟った。」
