पितामह उवाच अहो धर्मों महाभागे सरहस्य उदाहृत: । वरं ददामि ते धन्ये तपस्ते वर्धतां सदा

Transliteration

pitāmaha uvāca: aho dharmo mahābhāge sa-rahasya udāhṛtaḥ | varaṃ dadāmi te dhanye tapas te vardhatāṃ sadā ||

Translation

ピターマハ（Pitāmaha）は言った。「ああ、幸い多き高貴なる婦人よ。汝はダルマを、その内なる秘義とともに、まことに妙なるかたちで説き明かした。祝福されし者よ、我は汝に一つの願いを授ける――汝のタパス（tapas、苦行）が常に増し栄えんことを。」
