इदमन्यत्तु वक्ष्यामि प्रमाणं विधिनिर्मितम् । पुराणमृषिभिर्जुष्टं वेदेषु परिनिष्ठितम्
idam anyat tu vakṣyāmi pramāṇaṁ vidhinirmitam | purāṇam ṛṣibhir juṣṭaṁ vedeṣu pariniṣṭhitam ||
ビーシュマは言った。「今、この事柄について、さらにもう一つの権威ある証を述べよう――それは太古の教えであり、創造主ブラフマーが正しい規定に従って定め、仙人たちに愛され守り伝えられ、ヴェーダの中に堅固に根を下ろしている。」
