मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
प्राजापत्ये वसेत् पद्म वर्षाणामग्निसंनिभे | वह मनुष्य तपाये हुए सुवर्णके समान कान्तिमान् विमान पाता है और अग्नितुल्य तेजस्वी प्रजापतिलोकमें नृत्य तथा गीतोंसे गूँजते हुए देवांगनाओंके महलमें एक पद्म वर्षोतक निवास करता है
Bhīṣma uvāca: prājāpatye vaset padma-varṣāṇām agni-sannibhe | tatra kalpa-sahasraṁ sa kanyābhiḥ saha modate ||
ビーシュマは言った。「その者は火のごとく輝き、プラジャーパティ（Prajāpati）の世界に『パドマ』と呼ばれる年数のあいだ住まう。そこでは天界の栄光のただ中で、乙女たちとともに千カルパのあいだ歓楽に浸る。」
